In principle, the area of cooperating construction companies is a 30km radius.

工事資格
プロパンガスエリアでの工事希望の場合…
必須：液化石油ガス設備士＋ＧＳＳ（ガス機器設置スペシャリスト）
任意：給水装置主任技術者（給湯器工事の場合）
都市ガスエリアでの工事希望の場合…
必須：ガス可とう管接続工事監督者＋ＧＳＳ（ガス機器設置スペシャリスト）
任意：給水装置主任技術者（給湯器工事の場合）・簡易内管施工士・ガス消費機器設置工事監督者
ガス種問わずあれば尚可（任意）
第２種電気工事士・２級建築士・石油機器技術管理士
簡易内管施工管理店登録店・ＧＳＳガス機器設置スペシャリスト登録店
※但し、所有資格の法律で定められた範囲外の工事を実施することはできません。
工事エリア
協力工事事業者のエリアは、原則半径３０kmを目処とします。
応募方法
下記記載の応募資料を弊社下記住所までご郵送下さい。
届いた資料を基に弊社で審査後、問題なければ契約書類一式をお送りさせていただきます。
ご返送書類等に問題がなければ、弊社にて工事協力業者登録を行います。
法人の場合は
法人登記事項証明書の原本（現在事項全部証明書、もしくは履歴事項全部証明書）
個人事業主の場合は、代表者の住民票、履歴書
事務所（外観、事務所内）・工事用車両（前面、側面）の写真（各１枚 計４枚）
最近1ヶ月間のガス工事実績一覧表（工事内容、設置商品のメーカー名、品番等）
工事担当責任者の氏名、連絡先
（任意）過去の現場の施工状況がわかる写真（工事前、工事後がわかるもの）

弊社規定に基づきます。（業者様との調整も可能です。）
